McCaig (Asari) leads the company as CEO and President.  Advanced Precision Machining, Inc. has been serving satisfied customers for over 30 years.

Sean P. McCaig, is the COO, Engineering and Sales of Advanced Precision. Sean lived and studied engineering in Japan. He worked for 4 years selling machine tools for the number one tool manufacturer in Japan.  During this tenure, Sean learned Japanese manufacturing methodologies and implements them in the APM’s manufacturing processes.

Mike J. Valeriano, is the Director of Quality and Export Control.  Mike brings over 30 years of Quality Assurance experience in the Aerospace, Defense, Medical and Automotive industries (Safran, Zodiac Aerospace and Avon Protection Systems (formerly 3M/Ceradyne).    

In 1989, Yasumi and Sean moved back to the U.S. and opened Advanced Precision Machining.  Advanced Precision quickly became one of the area’s premier manufacturing facilities and continues to be an extremely valuable resource to manufacturing professionals in the defense, aerospace, medical and automotive industries.
